I discovered Kelly Leveque’s book Body Love. I wish I could hug her because this book has really educated me and transformed the way I eat. If you are tired of feeling tired or ready to lose some extra pounds, Kelly’s approach will help you. She explains the science behind it all and blends it with a much less rigid approach than most “diets”. Her approach is really a lifestyle shift, not a diet, because it is sustainable and you don’t feel deprived. I could go on and on about this, but I don’t want to spoil it for you. Get the book!Read More

I am a huge fan of calendars for organizing, but it is so dang hard to find a dated printable calendar. So, I decided to make my own and wanted to share it with you all.
We deserve to feel good in our homes. We deserve for our homes to be a place of refuge rather than a place of stress. Less clutter and removing things you don’t want is a great start. So, are you up to the challenge? Share your 100 less things on Instagram using the #100LessThingsChallenge hashtag.Read More
