I discovered Kelly Leveque’s book Body Love. I wish I could hug her because this book has really educated me and transformed the way I eat. If you are tired of feeling tired or ready to lose some extra pounds, Kelly’s approach will help you. She explains the science behind it all and blends it with a much less rigid approach than most “diets”. Mindfulness walking meditation is an excellent beginner meditation practice. There are other varieties of walking meditation, but mindfulness walking meditation is a great way to introduce one’s self to meditation.
